When two life long friends become passionate
moms and business partners...
Our story, the quick version.
We have been friends since the third grade, and
grew up in a small town of just a few thousand
people in Northern Wisconsin. We both attended
UW-Stevens Point for college. While Jasmine stayed in
Wisconsin after college, Brittany moved all over the US.
Though distance seperated us, we always stayed in constant contact. Fast forward six years and we now each have two children, are back in the same state, and our friendship is as strong as ever.
When we had children it became abundantly clear to us that we needed to start focusing on the world around us. What kind of a place will be left for our kids long after we are gone? How will we use our strengths and passions to teach our kids about the world and how to care for it? The answers to these questions inspired The Tincan Collective.
The Tincan Collective will encompass our micro farm, decor rentals and amazing handmade products! We are combining our strengths into these branches of our collective to promote eco-friendly alternatives for specialty products and services. Stems Micro Farm is owned and opperated by Brittany, and Soiree Decor & Design is owned and opperated by Jasmine. Of course, we work together and collaborate on floral design and event rental pieces as often as possible.
